- Using Commercial Items procedure pursuant to FAR Part 12, the GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim Region intends to procure and award a firm fixed price contract for operation and maintenance services for the Phillip Burton Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for one year based period with four one-year options. Solicitation No. GS09P03KSC0155 is estimated to be uploaded and issued on September 15, 2003. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
