Description

The 21st Space Wing, Operational Contracting Office (LGCBA), Peterson AFB, CO., 80914-1200 is issuing this special notice with the intent to award firm fixed price to a sole-source selection of Pitney Bowes for the Rental and Maintenance of electronic mail meters and postal equipment as follows: To provide rental/maintenance for Electronic Meter machines and other postal equipment as follows: MODEL J075 - S/N 0022511, 0022545, MODEL E100 - S/N 7028659, 70727700, 7037025, 7027971, MODEL 6500 - S/N 6724525, 6772617, MODEL UF60 - S/N 0033673, 0033672, MODEL U570 - S/N 0041687, MODEL USP0 - S/N 0046447, 0046448. The contractor shall provide rental and maintenance as required to the above-mentioned postal machines. The contractor shall respond within 8 duty hours of receiving notification of a malfunction of the postal machine. The contractor shall also provide Preventative Maintenance on the meters at least twice within a fiscal year. Contractor shall specify day and hours worked for each billing period. The contractor shall correct any unsatisfactory work within one workday after notification. This notice is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Standard Industrial Code is 453210, $5M. All interested parties may provide information with documentation to support the ability to provide maintenance on the above referenced items.
