Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-3013 intends to negotiate pursuant to 10 USC 2304????(1) with Apogee Flow System, doing business as Bodhi Scienti fic, 25 Ross Way, Northwood/Middlesex UK HA63HU, or the following sole source proprietary item: 1 each Catalog number 9011 Apogee A20 Analyzer, developed to meet the U.S. Army requirements in a mobile laboratory for large area biological warfare agent det ection. FOB Destination is required. If you believe your company is qualified to provide the item for this requirement, please send qualifications/quote to me no later than 17 September 2003 4:00 EDST at the U.S. Army Contracting Agency, SFCA-NR-APC-T (J o Ann Hayes), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013.
