Description

NA Based on a response to the public announcement posted 29 August 2003 as a sole source to Computer Network Technology Corporation (CNT) for the maintenance of the CNT 2700 Matrix Switch to include 24x7x365 phone support, on-site support, and preventative ma intenance this acquisition is now advertised as full and open. Offerors are cautioned that CNT is the sole designer and manufacturer of the 2700 Matrix Switch including hardware, firmware, and software and are, as such, the only vendor who has access to t he source codes of the proprietary software and they are the only vendor who can provide spare parts and the necessary engineering support for software fixes. Offerors should request the RFQ via e-mail to tobin.gatto@hqda.army.mil. Proposals shall be due no later than 18 September 2003.
