Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, incidental engineering, tools, materials, testing equipment, equipment, and permits. Licenses, and transportation necessary to fully maintain HVAC systems, equipment, controls and related systems to perform preventative maintenance, repair and replacement of HVAC equipment, controls and related systems at various buildings, Providence Reserve Center, Providence, RI. . . The NAICS Code is 811310 Size standard is $6 million. The contract will be for one base year; with four, one-year options. This award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder. Please note the Pipe Fitter and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration personnel must have the required licenses to perform the work. The solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The approximate solicitation release date is 20 AUGUST 2003 This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website. The official access to the solicitation is via the Internet.
