Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Police Uniforms ,Boots-Bates Rocky, Shoes-Bates Rocky, Ties men?s and women?s, Pants, BDU, all sizes, 4-Pocket BDU Shirts all sizes, Street-Gear long and short sleeves shirts sizes, Patches BEP, CPL, SGT, PFC, FTO, Gloves, frisk master all sizes, leather and alteration on police uniforms as needed. VENDORS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON D C AREA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDER FOR THIS RFQ-03-0644 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004, Bureau of Engraving and Printing is request a price list for each items. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is unrestricted with regard to business size. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 315999, with a small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-03-0644. Deliver terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street Between 13th & 14th Street S W, Washington D C 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be technically acceptance quote and lowest price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested firms is requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS numbers, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on September 25, 2003. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Procurement, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-2200.
