Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE-SOURCE purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition process to American Tower Corporation. Southwest Region, 3411 Richmond Avenue, Suite 4000, Houston, TX 77046 for antenna site space rental at the following location?s: Vendor?s contract #003231, site #004010, Rental of Alvin #2 (TX) tower, 580 feet; Vendor?s contract #003238, site #004273 Rental of Stuebner-Airline #1 (TX), 540 feet; Vendor?s contract #003237, site #004267, Rental of Stafford #1 (TX) tower, 500 feet; Vendor?s contract #003232, site #004267, Rental of Anahuac (TX) tower, 480 feet; Vendor?s contract #016956, site #004243 Rental of Rio Grand City #1 (TX) tower, 480 feet; Vendor?s contract #016957, site #004319, Rental of Zapata #1 (TX) tower, 480 feet; Vendor?s contract #003232, site #004170, Rental of Laredo #1 (TX) tower, 300 feet. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these radio towers, no other locations are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive to this announcement. See note 22.
