- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. However, a request for funding is included in the FY03 end of year spend plan. Award is contingent upon funds becoming available on or before September 30, 2003. All quotes are to be valid until 30 September 2003. Please call Tonya Chapman, (580)-481-7545, to request a copy of the Statement of Work. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 17 Sep 03, 10:00 a.m. at 97 CONS/LGCB, 303 J Ave, Bldg 302, Altus AFB, OK. Please arrive at the Main Gate by 0945 on Wednesday so an escort can be provided for on-base access. Please notify Tonya Chapman, prior to Wednesday, if you plan to attend the site visit. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FQ441932550500TC and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This acquisition is SET ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS (ESB) concerns. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System code 238910, with a small business size NO GREATER THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE NUMERICAL SIZE STANDARD APPLICABLE TO THE NAICS CODE ASSIGNED. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2000). It is amended to read: Submit signed and dated offer to 97 CONS/LGCB, 303 J Ave. Bldg. 302, Altus AFB OK 73523-5132 at or before 1630 (4:30 P.M) CST, Monday, 22 September 2003.
