Description
The following information is changed: The floor nozzle measures 32" wide not 36" wide as specified. The wall nozzle measures 20" wide not 24" wide as specified. The vacuum hose is light weight 2" x 15' not 1.5" x 15' as specified. All other information remains unchanged. Additional information is hereby provided: The application of the HEPA vacuum for our mission is two fold. (1) Lead abatement issues concerning the removal of lead dust build-up on our indoor range facility and (2) the second requirement is for range cleaning of the ranges on a daily basis. The vacuum will be required to trap and self contain lead dust particles for disposal through our hazardous waste disposal process. This is a mandatory requirement. It will also need to vacuum the range floors/walls/ceilings to remove dirt and dust. The vacuum will be utilized in a shooting range environment where unburnt gun powder will exist. This gun powder is highly flammable and is subject to a flash over ignition. The machine will be required to be certified explosion proof for gun powder. The power restrictions on the indoor range facility is 125 volt 20 amps available. The machine will be required to work 24/7 to accommodate our training schedule. We will be requiring a dry vac only. The range debris will consist of not only unburnt gun powder but small bullet fragments, shotgun filler particles as well as everyday dirt and debris from shoes and a high volume student training environment.
