It is the intention of Customs and Border Protection to award the Center for Applied Textile Technology,(a member of the North Carolina Community College System), 7220 Wilkinson Boulevard, Belmont, NC 28012 a follow-on purchase order to create an Interactive Computer Database to incorporate twelve Trade Agreements in regard to requirements for textiles and textile products. As such, this notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered note 22.
