- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12 and 26. NSN4820-01-359-9489, Valve, Regulating, Fluid Pressure. Being bought in accordance with Army source controlled drawing (19207) 12339353-1, with approved sources being AM General LLC and Kelsey Hayes Company. Alternate offers will not be considered for this procurement, vendors wishing to have their part approved for future procurements must contact TACOM. Total quantity required is 1735 each with 1100 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 635 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination is requested. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 10/17/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at the above web cite; facsimile at (614) 692-2998: telephone at (614) 692-2344; e-mail at drawings@.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, PO BOX 2990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 120 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
