Qty 103 and provisions for 100% option, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, QAP 251. Requested delivery is 165 Days ARO. Commercial procedures apply FAR Part 12. Unrestricted. ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ANTICIPATED ISSUE DATE: 2003 SEP 30.
