Description

Item description: Electronic Load Subsystem. This will be a fixed price contract for one(1) each L4002-26, which consists of one Master Chassis, two 60/2500W/400V DC Load, Mating Connector Set, one set of Manuals, and Lab Windows Drivers; one (1) each Chassis Slides, P/N# 7700023; and one(1) each Keyboard/Display Box, P/N# 1103772. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items), and FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. The anticipated award date will be September 25, 2003. Sole source to: NH Research, Inc., Irvine, CA.
