- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport requires several Microcircuits as follows: CLIN 0001: Quantity 44 each, part number 44605065-303 or equal. CLIN 0002: Quantity 40 each, part number 444016370-003 or equal. CLIN 0003: Quantity 11 each, part number 44607661-001 or equal. CLIN 0004: Quantity 96 each, part number 5962-8753904LA or equal. CLIN 0005: Quantity 16 each, NSN 5962014744035 or equal or part number 5962-8984106KA. CLIN 0006: Quantity 5 each, NSN 5962014129993 or equal or part number SMJ320C30GBM33. CLIN 0007: Quantity 10 each, part number TL071MJGB or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-03-Q-0304. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-10. N00253-03-Q-0304 is ready for download on or about 15 September 2003 at this address: http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Select/click Request for Quotes, and N00253-03-Q-0304 will be listed with the list of available RFQs. This requirement is to be FOB Destination ? Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with a required delivery date of 24 October 2003. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 25 September 03, 4:00 pm Pacific Time. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Commercial Simplified Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Firms interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the pricing providing unit prices and e xtended pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the required clauses, ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ/ amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and may result in rejection.
