- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written document will not be issued. The Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to solicit and negotiate with only Sutron Corporation, 21300 Ridgetop Circle, Sterling, VA 20166 on a sole-source basis for the purchase of 31 each NOS G# Redundant Stations, Part Number 3101-0000-2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The applicable NAICS is 334513; small business size standard is 500 people. This requirement is set aside for small business. This contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5.
