- Description
- The VA North Texas Health Care Systems intends to award a contract for Surgical Implants to include connectors, universal joints, clips, clamps, screws, rods and plates of various sizes and dimensions. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued as an Anticipated Sole Source; Request for Quote (RFQ) 549-03-4-081-4299 is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable authority for this intent is FAR 6.302. All quotes must meet the listed requirements in this announcement. Solicitation documents and Incorporated Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS code is 339113. The size standard is not to exceed 500 Employees. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. FOB is destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
