- Description
- POC: Vickie Veeder (503)402-2951 vickie.veeder@med.va.gov. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform the work to accomplish Seismic Upgrade Bldg 16 at the Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. Work will include general construction, infill, utility, mechanical and electrical systems. Estimated construction range is between $2,000,000 and 5,000,000. Period of performance will be 270 calendar days. NAICS Code is 236220 applies. This is a re-solicitation of Solicitation Number 648-103-03 which has been cancelled. The bid package will be available on or about 10/01/2003 electronically FREE at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Copies on CD will be available from the Portland VA by written request only, for a non-refundable $50.00 fee. Only certified checks or money orders will be accepted. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic Bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. It is essential for bidders to register on the Bidders Mailing List for this solicitation to receive notification of any/all amendments.
