Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) TIRMS-04-Q-00002, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for maintenance, testing and repair service of the Security Entrance Portals at the Federal Buildings in Kansas City, Missouri located at 2306 East 95th Terrace and 1500 East Bannister Building 41. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and training to the IRS technicians to repair parts, replacement parts, test and repair equipment, test, repair and service all Security Entrance Portals for a level of maintenance necessary for maximum operational use. Contractor shall provide a technician by telephone for any additional technical support to the IRS technicians. The Security Entrance Portals are specifically Centurion-Sentinel or Protector Models. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for award. (see Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov).The terms of the contract will be one base year commencing date of award through September 30, 2004, and one-year renewal option, through September 30, 2005.
