The purpose of this modification is to publish questions and answers. Also below the questions and answers is a bid form for use in the solicitation. This solicitation is extended from 21 Sep 03 to 24 Sep 03. Please ensure all bids are received NLT 4:30 p.m. PST. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. The following are questions received in response to F7HOS232200600 along with the answers. 1. QUESTION: What are the approximate number of calls per month/year? ANSWER: The estimated amount of calls per month is 500. 2. QUESTION: Approximate number of call per month/year needing outcalls to the staff? ANSWER: 3. QUESTION: Does the service have to be performed at the MTF. ANSWER: No 4. QUESTION: Do you have statistics on the number of incoming calls per hour (day, night, weekend? ANSWER: 5. QUESTION: Is there a standardized form that I can use for a bid submission? ANSWER: A standardized bid schedule is attached. 7.
