Description

03R6027-Liebert Computer Room Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is F33600-03-R-6027. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030821. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, DFARS 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 811219. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Liebert Global Systems, the only manufacturer and supplier of the below items that meets the government?s requirements. Period of Performance is 01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04. Note: Any standard maintenance services terms and conditions agreements if required are to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly.
