Description

NA Darnell Army Community Hospital, Fort Hood, Tx has a requirement for AS-5 Triple Blood Bags with sampling arm system. Bags to be delivered to Robertson Blood Center, Fort Hood, Texas on an as needed basis. Estimated Quantity to be delivered per year is 2 88 cases (24 bags per case). Period of performance for the basic year is from 01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04 with four one-year options. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement i s unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The method of payment under this requirement will be via the International Merchant Purchasing Authorization Card (IMPAC). Therefore, awardee must be able to acce pt the IMPAC Card for payment purposes before award is made. No award will be made to contractors that do not accept the Government Credit Card. Contractors are responsible for taking the bank action necessary to accept the Government Credit Card. All p rospective offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration CCR Program. Award will be made on or about 6 Oct 03.
