- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0131, is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Award will be made based on price and technical ability and past performance. These evaluation factors have equal levels of importance. For past performance evaluation, provide at least 3 references of sources that you have provided the specified service. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-15. This is an on-site service, and 1 preventive maintenance contract on the listed Governement owned equipment to include 2 calibration, all parts, labor, transportation, and 2 unlimited corrective maintenance calls for the period of 01 Oct 03 to 30 Sep 04 in accordance with the Statement of Work.
