- Description
- Contractor to provide labor, supervision, supplies, tools equipment and transportation, necessary to provide Home Oxygen Services to beneficiaries of the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Contractor must be capable of providing services in the following Pennsylvania counties:Union county, Snyder county, Juniata county, Perry county, Cumberland county, Adams county, York county, Lancaster county, Berks county, Lebanon county, Dauphin county, Northumberland county and Snyder county. Contract will be for 1 base year, plus four 1 year options.
