Description

On November 10, 2003 the Robins Air Force Base Enlisted Club will be hosting its 2nd Annual Tailgate Party. This event provides an opportunity to inject excitement for Monday Night Football. The Tailgate Party is open to club members, their families and guests. We are expecting an attendance similar to last year, which was approximately 150 adults. The audience will primarily consist of active duty military and their family members. The Enlisted Club would like to make the Tailgate Party an ongoing tradition at Robins AFB. In order for this to happen the Enlisted Club is looking to build the excitement with bigger prizes and more freebies. For this upcoming event we would like to partner with companies and individuals who are interested in providing cash and in-kind for prizes to be given away to the attendees. We want to ensure that our club members realize how much we appreciate their participation on base and in the clubs. Would your company like to be a part of the 2nd Annual Tailgate Party this year? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign.
