Description: The Transportation Security Administration intends to award a delivery order against an existing contract with Lockheed Martin, DTSA20-03-D-00780. Sought services require a proof of concept and feasibility test to facilitate the development of a maritime and land risk assessment system, called for in the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002. The effort will leverage the existing development and production efforts of the subject contract.
