Description

NA U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to issue a solicitation for High Voltage Modules on or about 10 Nov 03. This action is for the award of a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract. The proposed source is Fidelity Technologies Corporation, Reading, PA. The estimated ceiling for this contract is $480,000.00. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), only one responsible source ( see numbered note 22); however all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
