Description

NA Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to J.Alex Smith at J.Alex.Smith@usace.army.mil. The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to design and construct a new overhead electrical distribution line to replace a n existing 4-mile run of Government owned overhead electrical distribution line. The project shall also include construction of underground lines to existing facilities and provisions for connections to future facilities. The power line runs through a rura l environment along a logging road to the Howard Hanson Dam Administration Building. Work includes the removal of the existing overhead distribution system. The North American Industry Classification System 234920 with a size standard of $ 27.5. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small v eteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $27.5 million.
