Description

The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) Stennis Space Center, Mississippi intends to negotiate only with CelAir Corporation of Norcross, Georgia for the purchase of 500 each Cegasa Amcell batteries, P/N: 2AS10-2 with two options to purchase 350 each within 12 months of initial award. The batteries are a fixed three-volt DC non-rechargeable (primary) type, with a gelled electrolyte, and a 1200 ampere-hour capacity. The batteries are capable of 0.5A continuous current, and can sustain a 3A surge for over two minutes every half hour, until depleted. Delivery is FOB Destination to Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. See Notes 1 and 22.
