The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Origin inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be set-aside for small business, full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6695-01-400-2118, 74 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. An Export Control Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractor?s authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lowercase). This is a Contractor First Article Test requirement. Critical application item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
