- Description
- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to procure a continuation of monthly parking cards on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302 from Parking Management, Inc. (PMI), Washington, DC. This service is needed to provide parking for NIH personnel. This service will be procured under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the professional technical services as specified above. Responses should demonstrate the firm?s ability to meet the government?s requirements. Responses are required within 5 (five) calendar days from the publication date of this notice. NLM synopsis No. 04-031/NSD shall be noted on all correspondence to this announcement.
