NA The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following equipment: Item 0001: 4 each, ARDK-P2L, Panther II with wired video; 0002: 4 each, WC-M36, Waterproof Camera, B/W, 3.6MM Lens; 0003: 4 each, WC-C36, Waterproof Camera, Color , 3.6MM Lens; 0004: 4 each, P/N: CBL40, Cable, P2 Plug to Waterproof Plug, 50 foot; 0005: 4 each, P/N: CBL41, Cable, P2 Plug to Waterproof Plug, 9 inches; 0006: 4 each, Ovation Micro-Beilock II Encryption (pair); 0007: 4 each, P/N: ARDK-PVX-6, Video Ex tension, 2 Wireless 2.4GHz Cameras. Pricing must be FOB destination to Zip Code 23511. Delivery is NLT 30 days after receipt of order. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, prepa red in accordance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation docume nt; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-04-Q-5001. The NAICS code is 423410 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Cond itions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
