- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following material: Sleeve and Plunger Assembly, (41) each, P/N: 233625, OEM: Parker Hannifin, cage: 59211, FSC: 1650, NAICS: 336413. The Government is seeking quotations on ?New? material only. Quotations based on new unused surplus will be accepted. All applicable Certificates of Conformance are subject to FAR 52.246-15 and will be required to be furnished upon each delivery. Traceability of all material back to the OEM is required. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for the required material. Qualified contractors that can provide this type of material and a price quotation are encouraged to submit a response to this RFP. The RFP will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about November 6, 2003. The solicitation period closes on COB 1500 PM, PST, December 30, 2003. This notice is issued as unrestricted. Contact Ralph A.
