Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to repair the parking lot at the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw Moorings, Cheboygan, MI. Repave the entire parking lot and access drives for the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw moorings. Total area of paving shall be 7,075 square yards. Major items of work shall include: Site Preparation, Barrier Posts, Base Course, Asphalt Paving, Pavement Marking, Concrete Walkways and Reinstallation. NOTE: In order to minimize interference with Coast Guard operations, this project requires and the contractor shall follow a specified Project Phasing sequence. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0M. Completion time is 90 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS.
