Description

Notice of intent to award sole source purchase order, subject to the availability of funds, to LHL Realty c/o CB Richard Ellis, 555 11th Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20004 to furnish and install supplemental air conditioning units in the leased building located @ 601 D Street, NW, Wash., DC. The units are to be tied into the existing mechanical plant of the building. This requirement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Department of Justice/JMD/FASS, 1331 Pa. Ave., NW, Suite 1060, Wash., DC 20530.
