- Health Care Opportunities Subcontract Help Applied Technology Systems, Inc. ( ATSI) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (age 16-24) of the Cleveland Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following subcontract position: Mental Health Consultant Services to be provided for a period of 10 hours per week, 48 weeks per year. Services shall include staff development and consultation, clinical counseling, TEAP intervention and related services. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for 1 prorated base year with 1 option year. Late offers will be rejected.
