Description

This modification is made to included the following information to the previously announced procurement action.: This is a firm-fixed price requirement. Estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Work to be performed is situated approximately 7 miles northeast of Hill City, South Dakota in Pennington County. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available on or around November 24, 2003. Requests for solicitation should be received on or before December 25, 2003. Bids are tentatively scheduled to be opened on January 6, 2004, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Rapid City Field Office, 515 9th Street, Room 101, Rapid City, South Dakota. The contract completion date is August 1, 2004. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After the issuance, the solicitation may be viewed without charge, at the following offices of the Bureau of Reclamation: Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana or the Rapid City Field Office, 515 9th Street, Room 101, Rapid City, South Dakota. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation for this acquisition. The small business size standard for this project is $28.5 million and the North American Industry Classification System code is 234990 (1997) and 237990 (2002). IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may register at www.ccr.gov.
