- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2815-01-412-8162, Piston, Internal Combustion Engine (High Limit with Pin). Being bought in accordance with General Motors Military Vehicle (7X677) P/N 12550062. Total quantity required is 5300 each with 3900 each to e shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 1400 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination. There is an option for 2120 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 11/24/03. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. This acquisition is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 90 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
