Description

Under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program the NRCS has a requirement to construct silt fence structures at various sites on the hill side in and around Cascade Springs and Deer Creek Resevoir near Heber City, Wasatch County, Utah. The contractor shall be required to furnish and supply all labor and materials to complete the project. The major work will be the construction of silt fence structures. The silt fence structures will be constructed of wire fencing, steel posts and mesh material to slow the water down, drop its silt and debris load and spread the material across the hillside. The estimated price range is between $300,000 and %500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code is 234990. THERE IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO BE AT THE SITE VISIT AND PRE-BID CONFERENCE TO BE HELD AT THE HEBER FIELD OFFICE, 2210 SOUTH HIGHWAY 40, SUITE B, HEBER CITY, UTAH 84032, ON NOVEMBER 21, 2003 AND 10:00 A.M. The solicitation package will NOT be available until November 21st. It will be handed out at the site visit. NO PHONE REQUESTS.
