Description

NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) has a requirement to procure from Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), Inc., the following services: Services to perform design and upgrade of a Corps ADA Brigade Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control System (AMDPCS). This includes services to provide an upgraded AMDPCS to meet Army requirements with mission essential tasks, safety and hazardous material release, Joint Interoperability, provisioning and logistic support, core depot maintenance repair, information assurance, technical documentation, government testing, and unit training. This effort will be acquired through the issuance of a contract modification to the existing Air and Missile Defense Command and Control Systems (AMDCCS) Produc tion and Tactical Support Contract, DAAH01-02-C-0066. The period of performance will be for 28 months. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this procurement is sole source to NGMS, Inc., Data Technologies Division, 1800 Glenn Curtiss Street, Carson, CA. 90746. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be given due consideration by th e agency. See Numbered Note 22.
