Description: This contract is for removal of existing fire damaged fence, right of way clearing, and construction of new standard 3 strand fence - top two (2) strands barbed, bottom strand smooth. Dead standing trees will be present in all project areas. Exercise caution when working in these areas. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions.
