Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provisions of Air Ambulance Services for the Federal Correctional Institution - Sheridan, Oregon. The successful contractor shall provide the services, which include, but are not limited to, the following, providing professional air ambulance/flight services to transport those individuals confined to the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. All duties will be provided in accordance with applicable standards. The contract term shall consist of a base period extending from the date of award through 12 months with four(4) subsequent, 12 month option periods for renewal if exercised. The soliciatation will be made available on or about November 21, 2003 and will be distrubuted solely through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most current information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about December 23, 2003. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
