Description

Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for a Preventative Maintenance and Repair services contract for HVAC equipment located in various buildings on Treasure Island, San Francisco, CA. The successful bidder will provide this service for a period of two (2) years, with the ability to provide services to the Center for three (3) out years. The period of performance for these services shall commence on (tentative start date) 2/1/04. All interested parties will have to manifest their interest by attending a job walk on 11/20/03, 9:00 am. At 655 Avenue H, Building 442, San Francisco, CA 94130. Bid packages will be emailed to all job walk attendees.
