Description

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) is issuing an amendment to the previously posted Pre-Solicitation Notice to change the contract type from using FAR 15 procedures to FAR Part 36 procedures for an Architect-Engineering type firm fixed price contract. All interested firms should submit a capability statement based on the items discussed in the previous issued Pre-Solicitation Notice. Responses are due by December 8, 2003 by close of business.
