Description

NA This is a synopsis for commercial items. Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington intends to establish a basic ordering agreement for lodging for active components on official tours of duty at Fort Lewis and Yakima Training Center, Washington. Lodging will consist of suites, single rooms, distinguished visitors quarters and guesthouses. Minimum furnishings shall be in accordance with AR 210-50, Table 4-3. Lodging shall be physically located on Fort Lewis or Yakima Training Center, Washington. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate an agreement with Fort Lewis Billeting Office, Post Office Box 33005, Fort Lewis, Washington 98433-5000 under authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A deter mination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to co nduct a competitive procurement. The size standard is any concern including its affiliates with average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5 million.
