- NA This Sources Sought/Market Survey is for the Air National Guard for various locations to identify business capability necessary to perform Air Traffic Control Services at various locations throughout the continental United States for a base period and four option years. Services include, but are not limited to, providing personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation and supervision for Air Traffic Control, and associated services to include, Maintenance, Administration, Air Traffic Control Landing Systems, TACAN Maintenance, and Weather Observation Services. A security clearance of SECRET will be required. At this time no solicitation exists: THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. Vendor information for submission shall detail ho w they posses the necessary skills, capabilities and experience to perform the stated requirements and are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey. Any firm capable of satisfying the requirement shall furnish a General Capabilit y Statement (Not to Exceed 20 Pages), to include the following information: Past Performance for recent and relevant contracts for same or similar type services. The statement shall include Contract Numbers, and points of contacts with phone numbers. Ve ndors shall furnish this information for at least three ongoing or completed contracts within the past three years, held with the Department of Defense, or other Government agencies. Responses shall also include the following information: Company name, a ddress, point of contact, with phone number and email address; business size to include large, small, disadvantage, 8(a), or HUBZone status, corporate affiliations, etc. The applicable NAICS code is 488111 Air Traffic Control Services. All relevant input is encouraged. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited, no basis for a claim shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought/Market Survey or Government use of information furnished. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small Business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
