Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the City of Yuma, One City Plaza, Yuma, Arizona 85364, to provide a potable water design study for water lines to the Yuma Desalting Plant. Competition is being restricted to only one source which is the exclusive franchise providing water to City residents and which possesses historical design data necessary to provide the design study. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is November 25, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offers shall show the contractor's capability to provide required items and be received by 12 Noon MST, November 24, 2003. Responses to this notice should be mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisitions and Assistance Team (YAO-3110), 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona, 85364 or sent via facsimile to 928-343-8568.
