Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is soliciting souces for the purchase of Blue Interleaving Paper, 24 3/4" X 44" 116.5M, 50% Rag, Regular Finish (Wove) Grain Long (Basis 17" X 22" , 40 LBS) (Grain to run long direction). The total quantity requested is one Hundred Reams (100 RM). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth TX 76131. All qualified parties shall submit an offer which will be considered. All offers must be in writing and sent via mail, e-mail or fax to Loni Spring and the fort Worth Facility by COB November 23, 2003. All offer sent to the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered. All offers must include the unit price, extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, DUNS number and business size. If this is under GSA schedule, please provide the schedule number. This is a small business set-aside (see numbered note 1).
