The following questions have been received to date. QUESTION: What equipment, space, software or hardware will be government furnished? All Packing lists and shipping manifests are created by the vendor who is responsible for the transport of the goods. Many of the Vendors do not want to ship over seas. We are looking for a way to allow OCONUS customers to get their commercial product shipped oversea for an added price. Reports on DOD EMALL are created using Business Objects.
