Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB origin. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 9340 each to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 (parcel post/freight). Delivery 180 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue Date 05 December 03. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. This is a letter solicitation request due to the anticipation that an award will be made against a basic ordering agreement. Contact the POC for any inquiries regarding solicitation.
