- Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0719, LTC03265014590, NSN 5365-01-093-5517, Bushing, Tapered. This modification is to delete the Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) and POPS EDI requirement from the solicitation and to adjust the Estimated Annual Demand for the remaining Stock lines. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-0719, LTC03265014590, NSN 5365-01-093-5517, Bushing, Tapered; OEM is Sikorsky Aircraft Co., CAGE 78286, P/N 70358-06343-103, REV D; approved sources are Rotair Inc., CAGE 54878, Bridean Machine & Tool Co. Inc., CAGE 1S023, and Morris Mfg and Sales Corp, CAGE 54606. Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, other than full and open competition. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. Base year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 861 each; option year EAD is 544 each. Stock delivery to SNG, New Cumberland, PA and AQ5, Tracy, CA will be FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. QAP 020 applies. Pricing will be for stock lines. Requested delivery is 49 DARO for stock. There is a surge requirement for this NSN. Offerors not cited as acceptable sources in the Procurement Item Description are required to obtain source approval from the design control activity. Source approval requests/technical data packages must be submitted to DSCR with the offer. This is a Critical Application Item. Refer to the Procurement Item Description in the solicitation for documentation needed for a company to be considered as a potential qualified source. There is a Contractor First Article Inspection and Test requirement, with one item to be tested. Configuration control applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 28 November 2003, with a closing date of 29 December 2003.
